Easy Ambience

Easy Ambience is published by DJ Grossman, LLC. This Privacy Policy applies to Easy Ambience on Android, iOS, and Windows. Easy Ambience lets you create and play ambient soundscapes. It does not require an account and does not ask you to provide your name, email address, or other personal information directly in the app.

Easy Ambience may store settings, preferences, playback choices, saved Mixes, and related soundscape information in app-private local storage so it can remember your choices and restore your experience. This information is used for app functionality and is not sent to DJ Grossman, LLC. Depending on your device and operating-system settings, local app data may be included in backups provided by the platform.

When you choose Email on the Contact page, Easy Ambience prepares a message that includes the app version, platform, operating system version, and device model to help with support. You can review or edit the message before sending it through your email app. If you contact DJ Grossman, LLC by email or through a linked contact form, we receive the information you choose to provide and use it to respond to your request. Support communications may be retained as reasonably necessary to provide support and maintain business records.

Android. Easy Ambience may display ads through Google AdMob. The GMA Next-Gen SDK used on Android may automatically collect and share information including your IP address (which may be used to estimate your device's general location), user interactions, diagnostic information, and device or account identifiers, including advertising identifiers where available, for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention. Google states that data collected by the GMA Next-Gen SDK is encrypted in transit using Transport Layer Security (TLS).

iOS. Easy Ambience may display ads through Google AdMob. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect information such as your IP address (which may be used to estimate your device's general location), crash logs, other diagnostic information, performance data, device identifiers, advertising data, and user interactions.

The exact data collection and use on Android and iOS may depend on your device, region, consent choices, app configuration, and Google's SDK behavior. Google's handling of information is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy.

Windows. Easy Ambience does not currently display ads on Windows and does not use Google AdMob or Google's User Messaging Platform on Windows.

On Android and iOS, advertising privacy choices, when available for your region and configuration, can be managed from Settings > Privacy > Data Preferences. Easy Ambience uses Google's User Messaging Platform for these controls. In some U.S. states, these choices include the ability to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for advertising.

On iOS, the User Messaging Platform privacy manifest also declares collection of approximate location, performance data, and app interaction information for app functionality. Google declares these UMP data types as not linked to you and not used for tracking.

Easy Ambience stores its own app data in app-private storage provided by the operating system. Saved Mixes can be deleted in the app. Other local app data is retained until you change it, clear the app's data where the platform supports that option, or uninstall the app, subject to any backups maintained by your device or platform. DJ Grossman, LLC does not operate a server that receives or stores this local app data. Data collected by Google for advertising is subject to Google's retention, deletion, and security practices.

Third parties that receive user data through Easy Ambience, including Google, must provide the same or equivalent protection described in this Privacy Policy and required by applicable platform rules. You may request deletion of personal information you have provided directly to DJ Grossman, LLC, such as support communications, using the contact methods below.
